“Where to begin. On her first visit, Joanne gave me constructive feedback that would help me sell my home. Once she left I got to work. Joanne stayed in contact with me while I was fixing my house. The process of fixing my house took me about 2 months. During that time Joanne stayed in touch to see how I was doing. Once the house was ready she came over to see what was done. From that moment on I felt she was focused and dedicated to our house. The following day she had photo’s taken (they were great) of the house for the listing.
