Client Spotlight: Bryan Garris
At the Curtin Team, we often watch our clients make smart, sometimes difficult, decisions about their home sales and purchases. Our role is to be a guide through these choices. The most recent case of this was with our client Bryan Garris. Bryan sold his property and bought another one through our team all in the same morning, with all parties signing paperwork in our office. Selling is sometimes easier than purchasing, as finding the right property in a market with low inventory can feel frustrating. With the guidance of our team, Bryan was encouraged to visit a property that he initially dismissed because of the poor quality of the online photos. His willingness to trust us paid off, and he immediately made an offer. Creating success stories for our clients is why we are in the real estate business.
