We at the Curtin Team had an amazing 2019, and we want to thank you for it. We’re now officially in the top 1% of all agents in the U.S., and we couldn’t have done it without you. This is our 19th year in business, and our consistency is what continues to set us apart. We always look for innovative ways to help our clients. We recently introduced the Curtin Team Concierge program, and we’re excited about the number of people who can benefit from it in 2020. I’m delighted to be joined today by Jamie Merando, who has been with our team for almost three years. She initially joined our team because we saw a huge need in the marketplace. We found that clients were able to make a lot more money if their homes were absolutely perfect, but they didn’t know who to call to make that happen— until we got together with Jamie, that is.

Jamie had all the resources and chose to fold her business into our business, and our partnership has been a fantastic success over the last few years.

Now there’s another layer of interest in the current marketplace. We’re seeing sellers who want to get in on that high rate of return that comes with having a perfect home for sale, but not all of them have the money to make it happen on their own.

Instead of coming in as more of a stylist, Jamie is now coming to our clients as our Home Transformation Director. As our clients’ needs have evolved, we have too. Jamie can specifically meet every single need with our concierge program. Clients also have the option to pay at closing. They can do lots of things, from complete staging to moving cars across the country and helping with senior moves.

Whether you need updated countertops, flooring, painting, or something else, we can help you do that. Instead of having to call out to a third party, our team can handle all of that work for you.

We’re really vested in the return on investment for our clients so that they aren’t leaving money on the table. If we’re able to help you put $20,000 of renovations into a property and you can net $45,000 on the sale, why wouldn’t you do that?
