Communication

You will work with a dedicated Buyer Specialist who will review properties, use competitive strategy and negotiation to help you acquire your best home. When challenges arise, as they often do, your agent as well as our support staff are your partners and will navigate through those challenges if they occur. You will have a dedicated Closing Manager to communicate with throughout the process. Most other Agents are too busy to keep track of all the details of a transaction and can risk putting the closing in jeopardy. Missing certain details can cost a Buyer thousands of dollars, not to mention unnecessary stress. Your Closing Manager is available to communicate with, and is your guide throughout the transaction to closing.
