You’re Invited to Our Complimentary Movie Party!

Today I’m here with Katie Bludworth, who is the director of first impressions on the Curtin Team. She’s also the director of our movie party! We hold two movie parties per year. On Saturday, February 22, please come join us in the morning for the new movie, “Call of the Wild.” Starring Harrison Ford, Cara Gee, and Karen Gillan, the film is an adaptation of the classic novel by Jack London. “Call of the Wild” is rated PG, so feel free to bring the kids along! We would love to see you all there! Also, thank you for all your referrals, reviews, and trust you put in us. We appreciate all of you.

RESERVE YOUR MOVIE PARTY TICKETS HERE!

As always, if you have any questions about real estate, please feel free to reach out to us by phone or email. We would love to help you!

What You Need to Know on Buying a House! Brunch Provided!

Happy New Year! I have some exciting news to share to kick off 2020: Tyler Carder is leading a Homebuyer Workshop on Saturday, January 24th, and it delves into everything you need to know about the home buying process. It’s perfect for first-time buyers or those who haven’t purchased a home in a very long time.

From securing financing, to addressing common fears and myths about buying, to analyzing 2020 market conditions, this workshop covers it all. Are you a renter who’s unsure whether making the leap into a home is the right call this year? The pros and cons of renting and buying will be discussed, and a mortgage lender will be there to explain the pre-qualification process to first-time buyers.

It’s perfect for first-time buyers or those who haven’t purchased a home in a very long time.

For those who already own a home, come find out how to best use your equity when looking for a new place. The workshop will be instructive for people in any time frame. Brunch will also be provided. If you’re looking to buy very soon, have you checked all your boxes? If you’re planning to buy later on, what can you do to prepare in the meantime?

We hope you take advantage of this wonderful learning opportunity. If you have any questions for me, or you want to get in touch with Tyler, please call or send an email. We’d be happy to hear from you.
