Caitlan Bavely

Since 2017, Caitlan has been helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the North Atlanta real estate market with confidence. A California native who has called Roswell home since 2011, she brings an MBA, more than 15 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, and a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to every client she serves.

Known for her professionalism, strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and attention to detail, Caitlan is committed to understanding her clients' goals and helping them make informed decisions every step of the way.

Giving back and staying involved in the community are important to Caitlan. She volunteers at her son's school and was drawn to The Curtin Team because of its commitment to serving both clients and the community.

Caitlan lives in Downtown Roswell with her husband, Michael, their son, Henry, and rescue dog, Margot. A dedicated soccer mom, Caitlan enjoys cheering on her son from the sidelines and spending time with her three adult stepchildren, who also call the Atlanta area home. When she has the chance, you'll find her escaping to Highlands, North Carolina.
