Heather Woodruff

Heather jumped into the world of real estate in 2017, after working as a pediatric physical therapist.

Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping others and is thrilled to support her clients in realizing their dreams of homeownership. Heather is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Real Estate Collaboration Specialist in Divorce (RCS-D), and certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

Heather's desire to become a realtor was fueled by her own home search. She realized that buyers, in particular, need smart, resourceful agents to advocate for them and will go that extra mile. Heather is a deep listener, problem solver, and seasoned negotiator.

Heather grew up in upstate New York and attended Ithaca College, where she received an MS in Physical Therapy. When she’s not house hunting for clients or negotiating on behalf of sellers, Heather loves spending time with her three daughters where they live in East Cobb.

She also enjoys hiking with her dog, mastering the art of bread making, and settling in with a good book.
