Kanani Briggs is a Lead Agent Partner and Mentor with The Curtin Team, with more than $100M in closed sales and hundreds of clients guided through some of life’s most meaningful transitions.

With a background in sales and marketing in the medical diagnostics industry and years as a Life and Business Strategist, Kanani brings both strategic clarity and genuine empathy to every transaction. Her approach helps clients feel confident, informed, and supported from start to finish.

Originally a Curtin Team client herself, Kanani relocated from New Jersey and was so impressed by the team’s professionalism and commitment to community that she ultimately joined and now helps lead the team. Having lived in seven states and grown up in Hawaii, she understands the emotional and logistical challenges that often come with moving.

Kanani is especially passionate about helping clients rightsize, whether simplifying, transitioning to a new phase of life, or supporting aging parents. She serves on the board of the Children’s Development Academy in Roswell and lives in Alpharetta with her husband, Scott, their two rescue dogs, and is the proud mom of two college-aged sons.
