Tom Curtin

Tom began his real estate career in 2001, working alongside his wife Joanne to build the operational foundation of the Curtin Team. Drawing on his background in marketing, he helped shape a client-focused organization that has closed over 2,000 homes. A key contributor to launching the Keller Williams Realty Roswell Market Center, Tom’s leadership helped establish it as one of the top-performing offices in the Southeast Region. In addition to his executive role, he actively manages a real estate investment portfolio in North Atlanta and mentors others on building wealth through real estate. Tom is deeply passionate about real estate investing and empowering others to achieve financial freedom. His belief in work-life balance led to the creation of a team model that allows Realtors to thrive professionally while enjoying personal fulfillment. He holds a business degree from the University of Georgia’s Honors Program and is a proud Roswell High School graduate. Outside of work, Tom enjoys hiking and spending time at his cabin in Blue Ridge. He and Joanne live in Milton and are proud parents of a son at the University of Tennessee and a daughter in high school.
