Client Care Coordinator

The Role:

The Curtin Team is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to support buyers and sellers from contract to close. This role is focused on communication, organization, and creating a smooth, stress-free experience for our clients. You will work closely with agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors to keep transactions moving forward and clients informed every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the transaction process

• Coordinate timelines, documentation, and key milestones

• Communicate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors

• Ensure all files are complete and compliant

• Support the team with day-to-day operational needs

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines

• Real estate or transaction coordination experience preferred but not required
